Mail and Flower Delivery
Mail and flowers will be delivered to your room.  Mail received after you are discharged will be forwarded to the address noted on your admission papers.  Stamps may be purchased from the Gift Shoppe.

Advanced Directives
The Self-Determination Act passed by Congress in 1990 requires all healthcare facilities to ask patients if they have an advanced directive (Living will, power of attorney, etc.) and to inform patients of their right to develop one. Information regarding your right to make decisions about medical care is contained in this guide.  Your nurse will ask whether or not you have an existing advanced directive.  Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett will not condition the provision of care or otherwise discriminate against an individual based on whether the individual has executed an advanced directive.

If you brought an advanced directive with you to the hospital, it will become part of your medical record for this admission.  If you do not have one and wish to receive additional information, please contact Customer Service at ext. 7070.
