Wade Tyrrell has been named Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Francis-Bartlett 
     Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett announced that Wade Tyrrell has been named chief nursing officer of the hospital effective October 30th.
     Tyrrell, 49, is an experienced health care professional with an extensive management background including 8 years of prior experience as a chief nursing officer. Most recently he was the chief nursing officer at Lea Regional Medical Center in Hobbs, New Mexico. He holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from South Dakota State University and a master of science degree in nursing administration from Texas A&M University.
