Based on patient satisfaction scores from throughout the year, Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett has been named a Tenet Healthcare five star hospital for 2008.
The designation is based on an independent survey of Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett patients. The hospital is rated in several different categories, including willingness to recommend, nursing communication, pain management, and physician communication. The five star designation represents a cumulative rating of the inpatient, emergency room, and outpatient surgery scores.
“At Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett, our goal is to exceed the expectations of our patients,” said Kem Mullins, Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett chief executive officer. “Being named a five star hospital speaks volumes about the commitment of our physicians and staff towards meeting this goal.”
