Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett, in conjunction with parent company Tenet Healthcare, has launched a toll-free H1N1 information line for non-emergency callers seeking information about the flu.  The toll-free phone number is 800-711-3463.
The callers to the information line will be able to hear three different prerecorded messages regarding the H1N1 flu.  Caller choices include:
        • General information on H1N1
        • H1N1 symptoms
        • Information on medical treatment, including vaccinations and at-risk groups.   
In addition, callers will have the option of seeking physician referral from a live representative.
“The staff of Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett receives questions every day regarding H1N1 flu,” said Kem Mullins, Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett chief executive officer.  “This information line will provide answers to many of the questions.  The 24-hour access will allow people to receive this information at their convenience.”
