Saint Francis-Bartlett Rehab and Sports Medicine is located at 8025 Highway 64, Suite 102. We accept Medicare, Medicare HOM and many private managed care plans. Our outpatient rehabilitation clinics are considered hospital based and do not fall under Medicare’s cap for therapy services.
