Based on patient satisfaction scores for the month of May, Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett has been named a Tenet Healthcare five star hospital. A five star designation represents the highest patient satisfaction rating that can be attained.
Patients are surveyed via telephone interviews which are conducted independently by Field Research Corporation. The survey uses a four point scale asking patients to rate their hospital experience. The five-star designation represents a cumulative rating of the hospital’s inpatient, outpatient surgery and emergency department scores.
“At Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett, our goal is to exceed the expectations of our patients,” said chief executive officer Kem Mullins. “Being named a five star hospital shows the commitment our physicians, staff and volunteers have to meeting this goal and providing our patients with the best experience possible.”
