| Saint Francis-Bartlett Earns 5-Star Patient Satisfaction Status |

Based on patient satisfaction scores for the month of August, Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett has been named a Tenet Healthcare five star hospital. A five star designation represents the highest patient satisfaction rating that can be attained.
Each month Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is benchmarked against the other 58 hospitals in the Tenet Healthcare system. An independent survey is conducted in which patients are asked to evaluate their inpatient, outpatient and emergency room experiences. The hospital is graded in several categories, including willingness to return, nursing care, physicians, and physical environment.
“At Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett, we want to exceed the expectations of our patients,” said chief executive officer Kem Mullins. “Being named a five star hospital is a tribute to the commitment of our physicians, staff and volunteers to our patients.” |
