(March 2, 2006 – Bartlett, Tenn.) Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett received the top patient satisfaction score in the 71 hospital Tenet Healthcare system in 2005. Emergency care, inpatient care, and outpatient surgery care are the basis for the evaluation.

The hospitals are evaluated on numerous factors including nurses’ communication with the patients, doctors’ communication, and the patient’s willingness to return to the hospital for care in the future.
