The American Alliance of Healthcare Providers (AAHCP) has named Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett a recipient of the 2007 Hospital of Choice Awards. The awards are designed to identify America’s most customer friendly hospitals.
The selection process involved reviewing areas of consumer concern including patient satisfaction, code of professional ethics, standards of conduct, patient’s bill of rights, performance management and improvement, staff development and training, systems of communication, and educational and promotional material provided to consumers. The awards recognized America’s 100 Choice Hospitals.
